ARC pay & leave experts administer state-of-the-art time and attendance systems, like webTA, that run smoothly and keep clear records. Our staff can provide advice and guidance on ever-changing pay and leave regulations. ARC experts work closely with all levels of your organization to ensure that employees are paid in a timely and accurate fashion, and that employee leave balances are tracked correctly.

ARC offers webTA, an automated time and attendance system, with full technical support. We also provide full technical support if you choose to use the National Finance Center's System for Time and Attendance Reporting.

ARC's Pay & Leave administration staff provides the following support to customers:

  • Developing and delivering user training on webTA prior to implementation and after implementation, as requested
  • Delivering training on pay entitlements and leave programs for your timekeepers or managers, as requested
  • Serving as the HR Administrator in webTA, which includes ensuring timely completion of timecards and managing the roles and access levels of system users
  • Providing liaison services between timekeepers and the payroll provider
  • Working with timekeepers to resolve timecard errors
  • Auditing leave balances on separating employees
  • Providing advice and guidance to managers, timekeepers, and employees on leave programs and premium pay issues in accordance with regulation and customer agency policy
  • Coordinating and administering the Voluntary Leave Transfer Program and Emergency Leave Transfer Program (when applicable)
