Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) - Attachment Specifications

  • Attachments must be in one of the following file formats:
    • .pdf
    • .txt
    • .gif
    • .jpg
    • .tif
  • Files extensions must be in lowercase.
  • Avoid using symbols in your file name (ex. $, %,&,*,#,@,!).
  • A total of 5 attachments can be attached to an invoice.
    • Combine files before attaching if more than 5 attachments.
  • File size of each attachment cannot exceed 10MB.
    • Split attachments into smaller files when exceeding 10MB.
