Processing Travel Documents
We process all temporary duty travel using ConcurGov, our accurate web-based travel and expense reporting software. From authorizations to reservations and vouchers, ConcurGov is a great tool for processing, amending, and managing any level of travel documents online, for both last-minute and long-term travel. You can also use ConcurGov directly to manage your own travel.
Our travel document processing services include:
- E-Travel compliance

Utilize the Efficiencies of Travel Management Centers
We have multiple travel management centers (TMCs) available with highly experienced travel agents. Electronic booking is accomplished in ConcurGov, or reservations can be made with experienced agents at a higher cost.
ARC performs professional travel management through a cost-efficient arrangement with a network of successful public-sector travel agencies that are experienced with federal travel requirements.
Customers should always use ConcurGov if possible. Certain circumstances may require direct use of the TMC and, customers may contact the TMC directly if circumstances warrant it.
TMC only handles reservation fulfillment services. ARC handles hosting the e-gov travel system, interfacing, reporting , and the like for our customers.

Through an agreement with Citibank, we offer individual and centrally billed government travel card services. These travel cards are a convenient way to track expenses, budget specific items, and ensure your travelers can purchase what they need while they travel for work.

Using ConcurGov Travel Software for Temporary Duty Travel

ConcurGov creates travel authorizations and electronically routes them to agency officials for approval and to the appropriate Travel Management Center (TMC) for fulfillment.
When you use ConcurGov for temporary travel, you can get reservation and cost estimates using pre-determined government rates (for per diem and Privately Owned Vehicle [POV] mileage), as well as mandatory and suggested government programs for airlines, hotel, and rental cars. Pre-audits in the system ensure compliance with all aspects of Federal Travel Regulations (FTR).
Once a trip is completed, in ConcurGov users will prepare their travel voucher. The traveler signs the voucher after passing the pre-audits and the system electronically routes the voucher for approval and makes payment to the traveler's charge card or directly to the traveler.
