oneARC Portal Launches March 29th

ARC has successfully completed the oneARC Portal User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Financial Management Budget lifecycle. We had 36 testers from eight different agencies participate with 907 total scripts executed. Thank you to everyone who participated in UAT.

Starting March 29, 2022, customers who participated in UAT and ARC employees will begin processing live transactions within the oneARC Portal. We will roll out this functionality in the Spring of 2022 to the rest of the Budget customers following this initial Go-Live.

Employees and customers have long told us they need a better way of engaging with each other – one that is more modern, efficient, experience-driven, and user-friendly. The oneARC Portal is an exciting step forward for ARC shared services and provides more transparency, easier tracking with self-service options, and less manual work.

Functionality Included in the Phase 1 Go-Live:

  • Budget Appropriation, Apportionment, and Allocation Request Processes
  • Delegation of Authority (DOA) and Authorizations
  • Dashboards and Reporting
  • oneARC Portal Help Center Support
  • Other application features such as account management and notifications

You can expect additional FM and other service line functionality will be built and deployed to customers and employees. Timelines will be communicated on a regular, iterative basis.

ARC is maintaining open lines of communication with the Bureau's Information and Security Services regarding the current threat landscape and will adjust the go-live date as needed.
