Announcing the NEW and IMPROVED Dynamic Supplier Entry form!

DUNS will no longer be available in the System for Awards Management (SAM.gov) after 4/03/2022 and can no longer be used to submit new Supplier Requests. Instead, a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) has been issued and is currently in SAM for all existing Supplier records. New suppliers can request one for free at SAM.gov.

To accommodate the change the Vendor Supplier Group (VSG) in collaboration with the Graphics, Printing and Imaging group is pleased to announce the NEW and IMPROVED Dynamic Supplier Entry form! The form helps Customers provide what is needed by opening the required fields based on choices you make in the form.

This form along with Instructions and Frequently Asked Questions is available on your Customer Access page under forms. Or you can receive it upon request from VendorSupplierGroup@fiscal.treasury.gov.
