Security
Knowing that ARC's Integrated Oracle Federal Financials Platform is built with Oracle's security-first design principles, your agency can be confident in the security practices and policies used to safeguard your data. This, combined with ARC's passion to provide positive customer experiences for its users, strikes the right balance between security and convenience.
ARC customers can use their USAccess PIV (or Personal Identity Verification) cards, Login.gov, or ID.ME to provide the most secure and efficient access. ARC's Integrated Oracle Federal Financials Platform is supported by Oracle Access Manager (OAM) software that offers a multi-factor authentication (MFA) protocol with single sign on (SSO) capabilities.
Modern protective measures are also used to secure data against unapproved access and to preserve data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. ARC uses common security protocols, such as Secure File Transfer Protocol (S-FTP) and Secure Hyper Text Transfer Protocol (S-HTTP) for getting data files from and to feeder and legacy systems.
