We have extensive experience moving employees and their families who need to permanently change their official station. To make everything easier to track, we use moveLINQ software to plan, document, and process each relocation.

Our experienced relocation coordinators understand the complexities of relocating. Many have professional relocation designations, including Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Global Mobility Specialist (GMS), and Transportation Officer (TO). You can be confident that each relocation follows federal guidelines. Each of our coordinators remains current on government travel and relocation regulations, including GSA Federal Travel Regulations (FTR), Department of State Standardized Regulations (DSSR), Foreign Affairs Manual (FAM), and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR).

Our relocation services include:

• Providing advice on relocation benefit options
• Preparing and processing pre-relocation documents
• Providing entitlement counseling, move management services, authorization and voucher preparation, tax payments, etc.
• Counseling employees on relocation allowances including property management and home sale services (when applicable)
• Overseeing move management, including packing and shipment of household goods
• Assisting with travel arrangements
• Preparing and processing employee vouchers
• Processing third-party real estate payments
• Preparing IRS Form W-2s
