Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) – Add Bill to Agency

A user can have multiple Bill to Agencies. If "BPD-Accounts Payable Branch" is not available as an option under the "Bill To Agency", follow these steps to assign the agency to users.

These steps must be completed by an Administrative User. If you do not know who the Administrative User is for your company, please contact IPP Customer Support.

  • The first step is to log into IPP at www.ipp.gov and select Collector (Supplier) module using ID.me or Login.gov. The IPP Collector home page will display.

  • Select the Admin tab, then select the User ID that needs to be updated.

  • Scroll down to Assign under Agency View Permission section and place a checkmark in the box for "BPD-Accounts Payable Branch". Select OK to update your account.
