Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) - Navigation Tips

The following outlines helpful navigations tips for IPP at www.ipp.gov.

Use the % as a wildcard for any search.
- It can be used independently or in conjunction with order/invoice numbers.
Purchase orders for agencies serviced by the Bureau of the Fiscal Service will have the agency's 3-digit identifier Bureau of the Fiscal Service listed in the Agency field.
Be aware of leading or trailing spaces on a document number. A leading or trailing space can result in a failed search.
