Oracle® Federal Financials

• Oracle Federal Financials (OFF) R12 is our core financial management system. We use it to provide purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, subledger accounting, advanced collections, federal reporting, budget execution, project costing and billing, and fixed assets services to agencies. • Our experts operate and maintain the system. You get high-level support for much less cost and time than if you managed it yourself.
• Using our proprietary, customized OFF solutions, we can integrate many of your key financial activities such as e-payroll, procurement, purchase card, e-travel, Federal investments, grants, and collections.

Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI)

• Provides a web-based reporting tool

Invoice Processing Platform

• Full integration between OFF and Invoice Processing Platform (IPP), our electronic invoicing system.

Unison PRISM

• Full integration between OFF and Unison PRISM, the federal procurement system
• Full integration with ARC Procurement Services to ensure seamless connection, processing, and customer service
• Purchase requisition preparation, approval, and submission with real-time funds-checking (eliminating the need for costly manual checking).

Concur Government Edition

• Process travel tasks through Concur Government Edition (CGE) without providing a paper copy to the accounting provider.

CitiManager

• Full integration between OFF and CitiBank's CitiManager Government Purchase Card system ensures compliance with the Prompt Payment Act.
