Payroll Services

We process payroll accounting files from the 4 payroll providers —NFC, GSA, IBC, and DFAS —through an automated interface to Oracle® Federal Financials. We can also:

• Generate payroll and leave liability accruals
• Prepare imputed cost entries for Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB)
• Prepare liability entries for Federal Employment Compensation Act (FECA), and Unemployment Insurance
• Complete monthly payroll cash reconciliations

Card Services

We provide a number of purchase card services to federal agencies, including:

• Processing purchase and fleet card invoice details in Oracle for payment
• Recording quarterly rebates
• Posting quarterly purchase and fleet card accruals
• Maintaining accounting string codes in the SmartPay application
• Performing monthly statement reconciliations
